In June 16th, at the signing ceremony of the twenty-first Harbin Fair economic and trade cooperation project, Dongning County signed 1 billion 500 million yuan of domestic construction projects and invested 500 million US dollars to build overseas industrial parks.


Dongning County, Heilongjiang Province, is adjacent to Russia, making full efforts to build a pilot area for trade with Russia.

At the signing ceremony, the Dongning county government and the Zhejiang industrial and Trade Park of Dongning city signed a construction project of semi finished product base for cross border chain clothing, with a project investment of 900 million yuan. The recent development goal is to introduce 30 garment and shoe processing enterprises in three years, and build them into a Sino Vietnamese multi garment processing city of Dongning clothing shoes and hats.

At present, Dongning county has established 1 Dongning economic development zones and 2 overseas industrial zones in the county and adjacent to Russia, usurusk and October, and initially formed a cross border chain interactive development framework.

After several years of development, there are 19 shoe-making enterprises in Dongning port's overseas cooperation area and industrial area, which can produce 3000 pairs of shoes products each year.

In view of the Russian market demand, we should adopt the "cross border chain processing" mode and carry out the processing trade of pnational clothing shoes and hats with the domestic and foreign economic and trade cooperation zones and industrial zones near Dongning port, which can effectively solve the problems of high tariffs and gray customs clearance of Russian finished products.

Learn from the experience of shoemaking industry, Dongning county will continue to develop clothing and other industries.


Dongning Huaxin industry and Trade Group Co., Ltd. signed a Russian investment project in the area with the Russian Baikal borderland, and invested 500 million US dollars in the project.

The first phase of the planning and construction of 5.5 square kilometers will introduce eighty enterprises.

The industrial park is a Sino Japanese industrial park developed by the Dongning Huaxin industry and trade group and the government of the Russian Baikal borderland region in the Mao Gai Tu area of arkinstk.

Located in Russia's post Baikal borderland, the area of Manchuria is an important pportation hub to the China's port.


The industrial park has a total planning of 20 square kilometers, including petrochemicals, automobile and construction machinery processing area, electronic home appliances area, light industrial processing zone, timber processing area, agricultural products (17.11, -0.21, -1.21%) processing area, food processing area, bonded logistics area and commercial living area. In addition, Dongning County has also signed Sino Russian joint venture timber deep processing project and Dongning shanty town pformation project.
