In the first quarter, the main indicators of Haining's industrial economy have achieved positive growth, basically stable, but the growth rate is slowing down, and downward pressure is obvious.

In Haining, the output value of Enterprises above Designated Size reached 30 billion 447 million yuan, an increase of 1.5% over the same period, and the total volume and growth rate of Jiaxing were first and fourth respectively.

The growth rate dropped 7.3 percentage points from the same period last year, which was second low in the past 5 years (3.1% in the first quarter of 2012 compared with the same period last year).

The added value was 5 billion 465 million yuan, an increase of 2.6% over the same period last year.

Industrial electricity consumption was 1 billion 186 million kwh, down 1.9% compared to the same period last year.

From the industry point of view, 14 cities in Haining

The number of industries showing "seven reduction and seven litres" has decreased by 4 and 1 respectively over the same period last year, and the number of industries to achieve growth and achieve two digit growth.

The differentiation of leather enterprises is obvious. The output value of the first quarter decreased by 7.5% compared with the same period last year.

The three major industries were relatively stable. The output value of the first quarter increased by 45.6%, 12.5% and 4.4% respectively. Shen Qing said that the Haining Municipal Bureau of letters and the relevant departments will investigate and introduce policies to stimulate further industrial pformation and development, and initially draw up 15 articles, including enterprise investment, exports, technological pformation, export credit and exhibitions, and so on.

In addition, the letter department will organize a group to carry out guidance services in the village, understand the production and operation of enterprises, solve the difficulties encountered in the development of enterprises, provide lecture tours, send policy door-to-door services.

At the meeting, Zhu Weiqiang, Secretary of the Hui village Party committee, recalled the situation of the spring Haining family Expo held in Xu village in March this year.

He said that with the active participation of many home textile enterprises, the spring Haining Home Fair was successfully held, highlighting the confidence of the government and enterprises, and basically realizing the Haining Home Textile Fair as a new platform for Haining's home textile enterprises to seize market share and information exchange, and expand the visibility of home textile in Xu village.

Zhu Weiqiang said frankly that enterprises are the main body of innovation, and Xu village will introduce Haining home textiles in a big way. This year, we expect to spend 20 million yuan. We will launch the "Haining home textile Cup" China International Home Textiles Creative Design Competition, 2015 Haining China Home Textile Exposition, and Haining Home Textile City China World Trade Center mid heart three or four floor exhibition.
