The "community store" plan is expanding in the United States. Last Thursday, they opened seventh such stores in the center of Detroit.
The city's deep sports culture is the foundation of this store form. The shop is decorated with photos of the Detroit stadium and the special slogan: Detroit Never Stops (Detroit never stops).
According to the Detroit free press, on the day of the opening ceremony, residents of the city lined up in the doorway. At present, the new store in Detroit has not yet sold the products of the University of Michigan team, but it will soon be there. The contract between adidas and University of Michigan will soon expire in July this year. Nike's sports equipment agreement signed at $169 million will prove its value in the new store.
